Decomposition and Cascade

split a prompt into atoms, change one, and let every dependent check itself

The problem

Long system prompts and operating documents rot by edit. Someone renames a defined term in one paragraph, and three instructions further down now refer to a thing that no longer exists. Someone softens a "never" into a "when convenient". Nobody notices, because nothing checks the parts that were not edited.

What it is

Split a long prompt or policy document into atoms, map what depends on what, and change one line without silently breaking the others.

Delivered as a download: method documents, templates and standard-library Python scripts with tests that fail when the method's own logic is broken. Synthetic example data only.
